John Fisher, Vice President of Finance for Bloo Solar, will speak on the topic of Venture Capital Financing for Early State Development Company. John will explore the critical components for the entrepreneur to consider when seeking venture capital, how venture capitalists view the process as well as a walkthrough of a successful presentation.
John Fisher is the Vice President of Finance for Bloo Solar, a West Sacramento manufacturer of third generation solar technology. John holds degrees in Accounting and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an MBA in Finance and also a Certified Public Accountant. John has over 25 years of executive financial and operational experience with high growth technology companies operating in the Silicon Valley. John has significant experience working with publicly traded companies and has participated in over $500M of strategic M&A transactions. Over his career, he has helped create significant shareholder value and then monetized that value through a series of liquidity events including his last transaction which sold for over $100M. John is also a co-inventor on three pending energy patents. |
